Wow, it has been such a long time since I have been here. I am so sorry!!
I am raising my right hand and I promise I will post here and at my other blog atleast a few times a week.
I need to carve more for Halloween. This fun folky guy is 2 sided with a vintage style cat on the other side, and carved on a cypress knee which is part of the root system of the cypress tree. (I have been told that the trees aren't harmed in the knee harvesting process)
Please leave me a comment telling me what I should carve next for Halloween and it will surely encourage me to blog, but more so to carve, because I had an accident a few months ago and I am SCARED to carve now!

Helena....these are awesome! I love the grins.....they make me smile just looking at them! I'm thinking a haunted house might be kind of fun.
